Meet Eunjoo
Eunjoo is a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor trained in the STOTT method, with certifications in Reformer, Chair, Cadillac, Barrel, and Total Barre through John Garey Fitness and Pilates in Long Beach, California. After completing her training, her Pilates journey came full circle as she became an instructor at John Garey while also opening her own studio in Newport Beach, CA.
With a background in kinesiology and over 15 years of studying anatomy and biomechanics, Eunjoo brings a thoughtful, personalized, and holistic approach to movement and wellness.
She specializes in supporting clients through injury recovery, prenatal and postnatal care, scoliosis, and hormone balance with a focus on alignment, mobility, strength, and sustainable movement patterns.
Alongside her Pilates training, Eunjoo is certified in nutrition coaching through the Integrative Nutrition program and has completed myofascial training with Thomas Myers, bringing a holistic perspective to movement, healing, and long-term wellness.
My Story
I’ve spent over 15 years studying anatomy and biomechanics, but my understanding of movement is just as much personal as it is scientific. After a back injury left me in chronic pain, I discovered Pilates, which helped me rebuild my body through breathing control, and deep stabilizer activation. Over time, my pain resolved, and I was able to move freely again.
Now in my 50s, entering a new chapter of life, I have experienced significant hormonal changes. Hormones can affect strength, endurance, energy, and body composition.
Through consistent training and thoughtful nutrition, I have rebuilt my body—losing fat, gaining muscle, and regaining a sense of resilience I didn’t always feel I had.
This journey shaped why I do what I do today. I want to help people feel at home in their bodies again—strong, capable, and confident at every stage of life.

My holistic approach combines mindful movement, fascia release, and post-session nourishment, including my original organic juice designed to support hydration and recovery.
